1. Category-specific feeds override general supplier files while the feed is
   effective, regardless of the supplier-file update timestamp.

2. Dated product catalogs are historical references. They do not override an
   effective category-specific feed.

3. When a general supplier workbook is newer than a category feed, the feed
   still controls Category parameters for as long as the feed remains effective.

4. Operators must record controlling source(s) and conflicting source(s) when
   values disagree.
