What happens after you get in touch.
You leave an email or Telegram. A reply comes within one business day. After that, by email: a pack review, or the next step if the flow repeats. Not a second form.
- What happens within one business day?
- A reply: whether the work fits and what the next step is. That is a contact-reply time, not a declaration-processing SLA.
- When do you need a closed case?
- If you already have a historical pack and something to compare against (your codes or decision), we agree a comparison in the reply. It is not a required form field and not a free pilot.
- When do you see files?
- Never on this website. After a reply, if the step is needed, transfer is on an agreed channel. The pack is kept only for the contract scope and term, then deleted; it is not used to train a public model.
- Who is liable for the code?
- The client’s qualified specialist. Scanovich prepares reviewable material. We are not a customs broker and we do not file.
A module in your process, if the flow repeats — after the first reply, not an offer on this page.
