This is not a history of past projects. Leave an email or Telegram. We reply within one business day on whether the problem fits. After that, if both sides agree, a bounded evaluation. A license or an install in your environment is possible only after that.

What happens within one business day?

We will say whether the problem fits and what next step is possible. That is a reply time, not a declaration-processing SLA and not a story about past projects.

When do you need a closed case?

If you already have a historical pack and something to compare against, we can discuss it in the reply. The field is not required. It does not mean a project has already happened.

When do you see files?

Never on this website. After a reply, if the step is needed, transfer is on an agreed channel. The pack is kept only for the agreed scope and term, then deleted; it is not used to train a public model.

Who is liable for the code?

Whoever’s specialist would file it. Scanovich prepares reviewable material. We are not a customs broker, we do not file, and we do not claim customers.
